From grand kids to great-grandparents and everyone in between, yoga is available to everyone!  I teach people of all ages and experience levels.  So if it's your first practice or your 1000th, lets get on our mats and have fun together.

Sharing movement, laughter, breath and stillness is an amazing way to build deeper connections during your family reunion or corporate retreat. Also a great way to relax and restore during a girls' weekend, wedding week or bachelorette party.

Worried that someone might feel left out? Don't be!  I'll work with you to personalize a yoga practice that is accessible yet challenging to everyone in your group.  Worried about yoga gear?  No problem,  I'll come with mats and props for anyone in need.  All you need are comfy clothes and a smile.  If you would like a beach practice, please plan on using your own beach towel or blanket instead of a mat.

I believe a healthy sense of humor and humility are the best approach to our personal journeys (to enlightenment, to the store, to anywhere...) and hope that translate's in my teaching style.  This is called 'practice' for a reason - we are all learning together!

Yoga has come in and out of my life for more than 20 years - mostly for the more obvious physical benefits, Some serious soul searching kept bringing me back to my mat consistently. Not for a great beach body - for the inner strength and peace of mind that stayed with me afterwards.  Something magic happens when you come to your mat (or beach towel) with an open heart and open mind.

I completed my teacher training with Anne Howard at Outer Banks' Amalam School of Yoga (200RYT).  I have been leading soothing, lighthearted, JOYFUL vinyasa practices since 2017.  I have additional training in restorative yoga and meditation and continue my studies at the Asheville Yoga Center and with Katie Silcox's Shakti School.

Off my mat I'm mama to two beautiful little souls, wife to one very sweet husband and personal chef to countless Outer Banks visitors. Lots of time spent outdoors, travel and music make for a full life.
